Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd recently undertook to support the neighboring communities. The students at Maharshi Valmiki School in Kolvihire had to struggle to attend their classes, due to water leaks from the ceiling. The CSR team promptly identified the leakage issue in school ceilings, during the rainy season. The inauguration of the waterproof ceiling was graced by Plant Head, ER head and CSR, at Maharshi Valmiki School, Kolvihire, Jejuri, Pune. The school requested our support for construction of a new rooftop ceiling to address the problem. With the leaks now fixed, the students are able to study in an undisturbed environment. The school principal and teachers appreciated our efforts.
